Equinox needed a quicker, more informed system to check in gym guests. My responsibility began with auditing their existing process and devising a design that could provide information more efficiently. In this design, facial recognition upon entry to the gym ensured that the check-in counter instantly accessed all relevant information about approaching guests. From positive visual identification to name and account status, Equinox could now provide an exceptional, personalized guest experience.
